A few weeks back, I sent out a GED Math Algebra Readiness Quiz. It had ten questions. Two questions per algebra study area. Whether you know it or not, these materials will help you achieve your goal - you just have to take the quizzes and then follow-up on the material you miss. You can follow-up in the following ways:

On your own - with materials you already have, or web searches
With me - with the GED Super Math Course - here I lay out everything you need to know to pass the GED Math Test in ten easy to follow lessons - GED SUPER MATH COURSE
With a teacher/tutor - get active in your current classroom situation and bring the quizzes I send out to your teacher for help

Questions #3 and #4 of the GED Math Algebra Readiness Quiz I sent out covered solving equations.

Now, I am attaching a worksheet to help you drill down with that skill. I am attaching both the worksheet and the answer key. Do the worksheet first and then use the answer key to correct your own work!

Although I encourage you to join the GED Super Math Course, you may already be covered as far as materials or in a class - BUT STILL - don't waste the opportunity to use these free tools!

I send these emails out most weeks and the quizzes can be completed in about ten minutes. If you are actively working on passing the GED Math Test, why wouldn't you take 10 minutes to do it? This email goes out to almost 4,000 students and on average, less than 300 people take these free quizzes when I send them out.
